Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If you want to change your order, please contact us or email us. Please take note that changes might not be available for certain product.
3.Do you offer gift wrapping options?
We do not provide gift wrapping options currently.
4. Can I return the item?
Return of products once sold will not be accepted. No refund will be made for any products sold online. No comparative claims will be accepted on any of the products/services once the same have been paid for, are in transit or have been delivered.
5.Do I get charged for delivery of each item I order?

6.I have a complaint, who should I speak to?
If it is about a product you have bought from our stores, please get in touch with the store you purchased from - the telephone numbers of all our stores can be found on this website. If the complaint is about an online shopping experience, you can contact us or email us.
7.Do you do meet ups?
No, we don't. We operate purely online and do not have a shop for customers to view before buying. This is to ensure we operate on very low costs so that customers can enjoy low prices.
8.How long will I have to wait after paying for the order?
It may depend on the location. We generally quote a total delivery time of 7 days once an order was placed for Peninsular Malaysia and 14 days for East Malaysia.
9.What are the payment options in Malaysia?
We are only allowing Bank-in method currently.

10.Can I go to your shop and buy/pay cash?
We operate on the internet basis, reduce the overhead of rental, electricity bill, staff...etc. and offer products at the lowest possible price to our customers. Hence we do not have a retail shop for buyers to visit, but only a store room to keep our stock. Anyway, you are able to visit us whenever we have road show.
